Special packaging plant manager (m/f)

For our Special Packaging Plant in Dachau we are looking for a

Site Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and implementation of business objectives for the
organisational unit
Managing up to 15 employees in the manufacture of special packaging
and conservation
Ensuring services provided are within budget and on time
Acquiring of new business in order to ensure capacity utilization
Order administration and delivery processes
Acting as the main contact person for operational issues including
requirements of public authorities
Ensuring that operations are in line with the company's
Quality Management Manual
Responsibility for the proper handling of all hazardous materials

We are looking for candidates with the following experience profile:

Handling special packaging of high value products for
aircraft construction and defence engineering
Marketing and business plan implementation at the dedicated operating site
Knowledge of military packaging norms and regulations
Broad technical knowledge of environmental effects on high value products
Experience with protective measures tailored to customer's needs
and their associated production costs
Economic-oriented management of manufacturing processes
Excellent presentation skills with industrial and military clients
English: advanced
German: fluent
